Andrew Toumazis

Partner - CTA, Dip.FS (RG 146), Superfund Auditor, JP

Andrew is the Director & Founder of Forest Accounting & has been since 1992.

He has an extensive background in the accounting and tax industry which dates back to 1979.

In the beginning of his career, he had a brief association with Coopers and Lybrand before embarking in the early 80's to set up his own business. He has always had drive & ambition to provide to the customer service industry, and that shows in his approach to his business & customers alike.

He has continued to provide financial advice, accounting services & business advice to big & small businesses, individuals & more. Andrew has seen thousands of clients since the beginning of his career and maintains a very humble ethic & honest approach to his business and clients.

Andrew offers specialised advise on best business setups, various structural work (incl superannuation, trust & company values), financial planning services, tax & accounting advice, SMSF advice and more..

Warren Seeto

Partner – BCOM, MTAX, MBA, FCA, JP, Merit Wealth, Authorised Representative of Merit Wealth

Warren Seeto is the new Partner at Forest Accounting, effective 4 February 2019.

He has over 28 years of accounting, tax and business valuation experience working at Coopers & Lybrand, KPMG, Deloitte and WHK.

Warren can assist you with business and individual tax technical advice, and business development advice.

Terry Giannakopoulos

Senior Accountant - B.Comm, Dip.FS (RG146)

Terry joined our team in 2007.

He is a qualified Accountant & Financial Planner & has an extensive background in both of these areas.

He specialises in business advice, company, trust & superfund structures/set ups, general business advice, superannuation & financial advice.

He has an array of knowledge in many areas regarding business &  and can assist many clients with various different backgrounds. 

Ben Andrich

Financial Planner

Ben joined our team in 2017.

Ben brings to the business 11 years experience across a vast range of roles within the financial services industry and helping Australians with their financial affairs  is what he loves most. 

He encourages all clients of Forest Accounting to come in for a complimentary meeting to discuss what is currently in place and if he can add any value. He is a very friendly person who prides himself as being an adviser who likes to educate clients and provide unbiased advice.

Kelly Bayon

Senior Accountant - Bachelor of Commerce

Joining the practice in November 2015, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Western Sydney University and is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Bringing over 8 years of experience Kelly provides a passionate and professional approach with her clients helping to deliver successful and effective results in areas of taxation advice and wealth creation. She specializes in small to medium businesses, superannuation funds, trusts, partnerships and individuals in the provisions of taxation, due diligence, year-end tax planning and superannuation processes.

Beth Sheard

Receptionist & Administration Clerk

Beth joined Forest Accounting in 2015.
She will be one of the first faces you'll see when you enter our office on a Thursday or Friday.

Beth has various duties including answering phones, liaising with staff calendars, booking client meetings and various administration and filing duties.

She has worked in various clerical and administrative roles over the years and volunteered for local schools and sporting clubs.

Before returning to the workforce, she completed a Certificate in Business Administration III in 2014.

Beth is married with three children and has lived in the Forest area for over 20 years.

Kirsty Manuel

Accounts Receivable, Receptionist & Administration Clerk

Kirsty joined the team in May 2016.

She job shares with Beth on the Reception Desk and works Monday to Wednesday, so will be your first point of contact in the office. 

She has various duties including answering the phones, liaising with staff calendars, booking client meetings, debtors collection and filing to name a few.

She has worked in Financial institutions as a PA in the UK before immigrating to Australia. 

Kirsty is married with 2 children and has lived in Davidson since 2004.

Lisa Sai Li

Senior Accountant - Bachelor of Commerce, CPA

Joined practice in April 2018, graduated from the University of New South Wales with a bachelor degree in commerce, member of CPA.

Interested in and have had more than 7 years’ experience in small to medium business services for various types of clients including individuals, company, trust, partnership and SMSF.

Willing to contribute and help you to better manage your tax planning and succession planning with the best possible results.
